Mitya and his father come to the oncology hospital for a routine examination. The boy is left there for further tests. Mitya meets a patient, Marina, who tells him about Crooked Cape, a magical place where you can make any wish.
Oleg Asadulin
Born in 1971 in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Studied at the Stieglitz Higher Academy of Arts and Industry (Mukhina) in St. Petersburg and at the Berlin Academy of Fine Arts (HdK) on a course in experimental cinema by Harun Farocki. In 2007 he graduated from the Directing Department of the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin (DFFB). He has worked with many leading Russian channels and film companies.
